Terms of Service Agreement

Gold For Charity is the charitable division of Get Gold Cash, Inc. Get Gold Cash, Inc. operates an efficient, safe and trusted cash buying service for your old jewelry, broken jewelry scrap gold, coins, sterling silver, platinum and more. We are a leading provider of quick payments for your items.

CRIMINALS BEWARE: WE WILL NOT PURCHASE ITEMS WHICH WE DEEM TO BE STOLEN OR OF SUSPICIOUS ORIGIN. WE WILL REPORT ALL SUSPICIOUS SHIPMENTS TO LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENTS IMMEDIATELY ON ARRIVAL IN OUR OFFICES.

When you overnight or submit your items to Get Gold Cash, Inc., you agree that you are of legal age (18 years old in the U.S.) and are a legal citizen. A representative of Get Gold Cash, Inc. might, but is not obligated, to contact you to furnish proof of such information, such as a driver's license or State Identification card. You also agree that the items you send to us are of your own personal property, are not stolen or borrowed and you are not acting as a third party or third party agent for the sale of items which legally belong to another person or estate. Get Gold Cash, Inc. fully complies with all local, State and Federal laws regarding the reporting of precious metals and jewelry transactions.

If you contact Get Gold Cash, Inc. for a verbal or email offer on the cash value of your contents, we will make an offer, pursuant to the receipt of such contents in our offices for visual inspection. The final offer may be higher OR lower, depending on our visual inspection. If you accept our offer after visual inspection in our offices, we can send you your check payment within 24 hours. If you do not accept our offer, your items will be returned to you via USPS First Class Mail.

The Get Gold Cash, Inc. limitation of liability extends to all contents received in our offices by you shipped to us in our Fed Ex Overnight Recycle Pak. The limitation of liability extends to you, your successors, carrier insurance companies and third party shipping carriers. If the contents of your package are lost or stolen in transit, our liability will extend to the lesser of these two options:

  • 25% of the certified appraised value of your items. We have the sole discretion to verify the appraisal document with a third party arbitration company. Our opinion will constitute a knowledgeable opinion and will be binding.

  • The current market liquidation value of your items, as defined by the scrap value or half the wholesale value of your items, whichever is less.

In absolutely no event will Get Gold Cash, Inc. be held liable for any loss of profit, loss of time, punitive damage or otherwise except as described in our Terms of Service. This Terms of Service will be binding when your contents are shipped to us in our exclusive Fed Ex Overnight Delivery Recycle Pak.
